Everyone around here has a few friends that are realtors so they were all considered.. Got some nice recommendations from friends and began to interview. Honestly, they all seemed about the same(Except for a few hard no’s!).. But with Adam, something just clicked. At the first meeting, he was brutally honest about what he liked and disliked about my house. Also, what reasonable things I could consider changing to help my situation. So I chose the agent that would help me sell my house with the least pain, The quickest(I hoped) And of course, for the most money$$!.. Adam….. One of my Realtor ‘ “Friends” Did not understand and will probably never speak to me again, but I made a business decision based on what is the best course of action.. I won’t bore you with all the details of suggesting repairs(And referring vendors), Working WITH The stager to prepare for showings, Being a great negotiator$$, And even helping with the actual closing.(Which is usually quite stressful).. I just can’t thank him and his team enough for being there the whole way.. It is quite a ride.. I’m probably leaving out some stuff that he did that I don’t even realize..
