After touring homes, overbidding and offers not being accepted, we felt defeated, but I didn’t want to give up. I knew there was somebody out there that would help us find our home, not just trying to make a sale. After spending an unreal amount of time on Google, I came across Adam. Just a day after completing his inquiry form, Adam gave me a call and we sat on the phone for an hour! He wasn’t even our realtor yet and he was already investing time into us, showing us that we mattered. By the end of that phone call I felt heard, understood and knew in my heart we’d found the right person to make this dream come true. During our call and first tour, Adam learned our wants, needs and dreams. Our friendship was born. Each tour was one step closer to our goal. During each tour Adam asked us one important question - what are 3 things you like ? It didn’t matter if the home was a disaster (yes some were 😂), the goal was to help him learn what we like but also for us to open our eyes to what makes a home rather than just trying to find a house. Another thing that I enjoyed about our experience with Adam was how engaged he was with our children. They were never an issue. He would walk around with them, answer their questions, and even when they weren’t there he’d ask “how are the kids?” Adam cared about us not the sale. The journey was wild but short - in June our offer was accepted without overbidding, sacrificing our life savings or settling for a nightmare house. We’d found a house knew could become our home. And it’s honestly thanks to Adam. So if you’re looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable, kind, hilarious 😂 and supportive Adam is the guy for you ! Though our boys miss him already, we are grateful for meeting him. We are forever indebted to him and he shall be our realtor for every Home that we buy."
