We wanted someone who would listen to what our family actually needed and help us find the right home. When our contract expired, we decided it was time for a change. We asked ChatGPT to help us find a local realtor who was honest, wouldn't make every house seem perfect just to make a sale, and would actually tell us when a house wasn't right for us. Adam came highly recommended, so we decided to give him a call. We could not be happier that we did. From the beginning, Adam was completely different. He listened. He educated us. He pointed out flaws and potential problems we hadn't even noticed ourselves.
